Activating your card
Scan the QR on your card with your phone camera. Enter your vehicle number and WhatsApp number, then send the code we show you from that WhatsApp. That's it.
Someone scanned my card. Will they see my number?
No. Alerts and replies go through the MagTag WhatsApp number. Neither of you sees the other's number, and messages with links or phone numbers are blocked.
I changed my car
Open Manage my card, confirm on WhatsApp, and enter the new vehicle number. The same card keeps working.
Stopping a chat
Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time. Chats also end on their own 2 hours after the last message.
Lost or damaged card
Tell us below with your card ID if you have it. We'll pause the old card and send a replacement.
Delete my data
Open Manage my card and choose Delete my data, or reply DELETE on WhatsApp.
