Privacy policy

What we collect

Card owners: WhatsApp number, vehicle number, and the date you gave consent. People who scan a card: WhatsApp number (to stop pranks), the reason picked and any short note. Buyers: name, phone, email, delivery address and GSTIN if given.

How we protect it

Phone numbers are encrypted in our database and never shown to the other person. Messages between an owner and a scanner go through the MagTag WhatsApp number and are filtered to block phone numbers and links.

How long we keep it

Chat messages: 90 days. Closed chats: 180 days. Deleted owners: we keep a one-way fingerprint of the number for 30 days to block abuse, then remove it. Orders and invoices: as long as tax law requires.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run MagTag: Meta (WhatsApp messages), Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket and couriers (delivery), our email provider, and analytics tools that measure page visits. We don't sell personal data.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your data at any time. Open Manage my card or reply DELETE on WhatsApp. You can withdraw consent the same way.
